Farming is in our blood. Our family has worked the same land in the west of Ireland for over seven generations, passing down knowledge, respect for nature, and a deep love for animals. We grew up helping our grandparents milk cows at dawn and bringing in hay by hand before the rain set in. Those early days taught us the value of patience, hard work, and caring for the land.
What began as a traditional mixed farm has grown into a small farm-to-fork beef business, still grounded in those same values: honesty, gentleness, and doing things the right way, not the fast way.
